Most women after giving birth at some point in their life often complain about their vagina being too loose. Their male partners are no longer satisfied and are often times force to go out and cheat. You should not feel embarrassed and ashamed that you are a bit 'loose' as there is no way to help preventing your vagina from stretching during childbirth. What you can do however is to talk to your partner and you can both come up with ways and means of trying to bring the passion back in your relationship.

Here's how to tighten your vagina:

1. The first step is to follow a series of Kegel exercises. These exercises tighten the muscles around the pelvic area ( responsible for pregnancy). This will also help to increase pleasure by strengthening the muscles and increase elasticity.

2. You can sit, lay down or even be walking while doing kegels. Try contracting the muscles that you use for urinating. Squeeze for a couple seconds then relax. You can also try doing this while you are urinating. Try squeezing the muscles to stop the urine, then release, try doing this again until you are through. Practice doing this on a day to day basis and you will see results.

1. Tightening your vagina will help you to become active sexually. What this simply means is that even though your vagina maybe tight, if you are not active then your partner will loose his affection. No man wants to have a boring woman in bed. So by being active it will help your relationship to last longer and be more exciting.
