This is important because good circulation is essential when it comes to sex and arousal as the blood needs to pump efficiently around our body especially the sexual organs.

To turn the mood up, avocados are the fruits of choice. They are full of vitamin B6 which increases the production of the male hormones, this helps in getting us into the mood. Avocados also contain potassium which helps to regulate the female thyroid gland which in turn controls the female hormones and setting the mood right.

Other foods that can also help to release subtle pheromones in us which are sexual chemicals messages picked up by the opposite sex, similar to bees to honey. In this celery is the food of choice. Celery contains something called androsterone which will boost or trigger sexual desire by releasing desirable scents and signals. You do not need to buy any special
scent to attract your mate, celery will enable your body to secrete your natural scent to do the job.
