Before beginning your stretching exercises for penis enlargement I advise that you find a private place where there will be no interruptions. By doing this you will hold the blood in and this is what will gradually stretch your penis. The next stage of this exercise is to start stretching your penis to the left, right, and then forward. This will enlarge your penis even further and allow extra blood to enter it. Do as many repetitions as you until you think that you are ready to start really working out.
Remember do NOT overstretch your penis and if you feel any pain stop, take a break, and start again. This stretching should only be performed when you have your penis erect for safer penis enlargement.
